Who We Are

Millie + Rache is a luxury branding agency that crafts emotionally resonant and culturally rooted identities for founders, creatives, and visionary brands.

 

Guided by Filipino hospitality and refined with global creative intelligence, we create brands that are designed to connect, built to last, and crafted to feel deeply personal. Our process is not transactional—it’s transformational. Each brand we build is an immersive journey where heritage, storytelling, and strategic design meet to create a meaningful and enduring presence.

OUR FOUNDER

Rachel Tayag is the founder of Millie + Rache, where her background in fashion and passion for narrative design shape the agency’s creative ethos.

Graduating from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde with a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising, Rachel blends years of experience in design, direction, and brand building. Her sensibility is grounded in elegance and emotion. This approach ensures every brand created under her direction is meaningful, memorable, and deeply intentional.

Before founding Millie + Rache, Rachel honed her expertise in premium customer service while working with a leading global airline company. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of care, attentiveness, and creating elevated client experiences, principles she continues to weave into branding today.

Rachel leads the agency with the belief that true luxury is about how something makes you feel, and that branding should always begin and end with care.

Christopher Balase brings experience shaped by both luxury hospitality and corporate service. His work with global hotel brands such as InterContinental, Regent, Kimpton, Six Senses, and Vignette Collection gave him a strong foundation in premium guest service, honing his ability to anticipate needs and create seamless, memorable experiences.

He later expanded this expertise in corporate environments, spending more than a decade in BPO, tech support, and client engagement. Known for his consistency in customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and client loyalty, Chris developed a practical understanding of how service excellence can be scaled across industries.

This blend of hospitality and corporate service allows him to approach business development with care, attentiveness, and precision. For clients, it means a partner who values relationships as much as results, and who ensures every interaction reflects the same thoughtfulness that defines true service.
